Per Server/Workstation Support Plan
This is an annual plan, charged and billed quarterly in advance. This plan covers all Microsoft operating systems and application support on the computers specified to the extent of ensuring correct installation and maintenance of the software and diagnosis and correction of software issues. It does not include support on how to use specific application software. The support is for an unlimited number of calls over the 12 month period. A formal Software Maintenance Contract needs to be completed for this service. Support will be guaranteed to be started within 2 working days of a call. Usually support is provided in within 6 hours.
Microsoft Windows Server (physical or virtual) …… $1,350 per annum.
Microsoft Windows 10 workstation…… $360 per annum.
NOTE: This support service requires Windows Remote Desktop Connection to be available. If it is not available the purchase by the customer of remote control software for $250 is required. An Internet connection with a permanent IP address or Dynamic DNS client or dedicated modem is also required.
Monthly Premium Plans
These are monthly plans, with the premium charged and billed monthly in advance. These plans are designed for larger sites where there is a considerable hardware and software inventory (limits are set by negotiation) and gives an increased level of assurance, as the calls under these plans take precedence over Casual Support Plan calls, and will usually be acted upon within 60 minutes of the call. Response time guarantees are the same however as the Casual Plan. Call support will be provided using on-site or off-site methods.
Plan A. – $1,300 per month – includes 10 hours support. Additional support at Casual Rates.
Plan B. – $2,000 per month – includes 20 hours support. Additional hours at Casual Rates less 33% discount.
Call time is calculated on the time taken to research, test and implement a viable solution to the problem and includes any travel time if on-site visit is required. The time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
Casual Support Plan
The support is charged at different rates, based on how you want the support to be provided.
E-mail is our preferred method and costs $100/hour.
Telephone based support costs $140/hour
Remote administration costs $140/hour
On-site support costs $150/hour.
Charges are calculated on the time taken to research, test and implement a viable solution to the problem. The time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes and the call is charged based on the following rates.
This support service requires Windows Remote Desktop Connection. An Internet connection with a permanent IP address is required.
